1. Annual Fee Waiver

The standard annual fee (J$14,000) for the Platinum Plus Credit Card will be waived for the first year following the opening of the Account provided that the Card is activated and used for the first three (3) consecutive Billing Periods following the account opening date.

2. Introductory Interest Rate

• Eligible Cardholders may receive an Introductory Interest Rate of 30% per annum for Purchases during the Promotional Period.

• All transactions must be posted to the Account within the Promotional Period for the Introductory Interest Rate to apply. Pending or disputed transactions will be excluded.

• Once the Promotional Period ends, the annual interest rate of 45% will apply.

• FGB’s Schedule of Fees & Rates will apply to all other transactions.

Cashback Rewards Program

1. The Cashback Rewards Program (“Program”) offers:

2% cashback on eligible Purchases categorized as purchases at supermarkets, payment of utility bills, travel, and restaurants¹ 1%

cashback on all other Purchases.

2. Posting of Cashback Rewards

Cashback earned under this Program will be posted to the Account in January of the year following the issuance of the Card, provided the Account remains in good standing at the time of posting and the Account must remain open at the date the Cashback is applied. Additional cardholders are not eligible for the Cashback Rewards.

Eligibility

• This introductory offer is valid for new or pre-approved Platinum Plus applicants.

  Applicants must be 18 years and older. Eligibility for this product and service is subject to final determination by FGB.

• In order to benefit from this Promotion, the Account must be in good standing and must not have been blocked, frozen, stolen or fraudulently obtained, written off or delinquent during the Promotional Period.

• Existing cardholders, business cardholders and GraceKennedy staff cardholders who switch or upgrade to the Platinum Plus Visa Card are not eligible for this Promotion.

General Conditions

1. FGB has the right to exclude any individual from this Promotion in its absolute discretion without any obligation to provide notice or reason.

2. These Terms and Conditions are in addition to and should be read together with your FGB Credit Cardholder Agreement and the Schedule of Fees & Rates. Any capitalised terms used but not defined in these Terms and Conditions shall have the meanings defined and set out in the Credit Cardholder Agreement. 3. FGB reserves the right to verify eligibility, adjust or reverse promotional benefits if conditions are not met, or if misuse, abuse, or fraudulent activity is suspected.

4. This Promotion cannot be combined with any other promotional waiver or reduced-rate offer, unless expressly stated by FGB.

5. FGB reserves the right to modify, withdraw, or terminate this promotional offer at any time, without prior notice, subject to applicable regulatory approval.

6. These terms and conditions apply only to this Promotion and do not apply to any of the Bank’s other promotions or programs or any other promotion or program in conjunction with the Bank and any other entity or brand.

7. These Terms and the Promotion shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Jamaica.
